Delivery
Once dispatched from our warehouse, you can track your order via the EVRI tracking number, which can be found in your shipping confirmation email.
If you experience any issues with tracking your order, please reach out to our customer service team via email at customer.services@tmlewin.co.uk, or via live chat (available everyday, 7am - 11pm) and we will reach out to Evri on your behalf.
Next day delivery is available on all orders placed before 5pm, Monday to Friday. If you select next day delivery outside of this window, you may have to wait an additional working day for your parcel to arrive.

We currently only offer shipping within the UK. However, we aim to expand our policy to include international shipping in the future.
Unfortunately, Evri is unable to deliver parcels to BFPO box addresses. If you have already placed an order to a BFPO box address, the order will automatically be processed as normal and dispatched from our warehouse, but unfortunately Evri will not be able to deliver it.
EVRi delivers between 8am-8pm. If you placed an order for next day delivery, please wait until after 8pm to get in touch with our customer service team.

Unfortunately we do not offer a gift wrapping service.
Yes but we advise against it as, in most cases, we would be unable to process any potential returns. If you do decide to return your parcel, please be advised that you would have to cover the international shipping costs. Should we receive your return within 28 days, you would be eligible for a refund solely on the cost of the returned product.
Returns & Refunds
We offer free UK returns, and all orders can be returned to our warehouse within 28 days of delivery by following our step-by-step returns process.

You can return your order within 28 days of delivery. All items must be unworn/unused and in the same condition you received them (including the original packaging with all tags and labels attached). For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept underwear returns. Furthermore, our returns policy excludes altered items, gift voucher purchases, and delivery charges. Faulty items may be returned within six months of purchase.
We ask that you allow up to 21 days for your return to be accepted and processed at our warehouse (and a further 3-5 days for your refund to appear in your account).
Any returns made outside the 28-day window will not be eligible for refunds, unless there are exceptional circumstances, and will be sent back to the delivery address stated on the original receipt.
We are no longer offering free exchanges to UK customers. All returned items will be refunded once they arrive at our warehouse. If you need an item in a different size or colour, simply place a new order.
Payment

As of March 2021, T.M.Lewin gift cards are no longer available for purchase or for use as a payment method. If you have an unused gift card, it will have already reached the expiration date of 1 year and therefore will not be eligible for use.
Your VAT invoice will be automatically sent to the email used to place the order. If you need another copy, please contact our customer service team via email at customer.services@tmlewin.co.uk, or via live chat (available everyday, 7am - 11pm) and we will resend it to you.
Item Queries
Our stock numbers change frequently, so we are unable to give you updates on specific product stock due to the likelihood of inaccuracies.
We are unable to provide alterations for our products. However, we offer length variations for sleeve and collar sizes so that you can find your closest fit.
Our suit trousers come with an unfinished 36" inside leg length, so they can be tailored to your fit.
Our shirts are predominantly crafted in India and Vietnam. Our accessories, along with a smaller selection of our shirts, are crafted in Madagascar and China. We ensure that all of the factories we work with employ ethical and sustainable working conditions.
If you receive items with manufacturing errors, please contact our customer service team within 6 months from the day of delivery via email at customer.services@tmlewin.co.uk, or via live chat (available everyday, 7am - 11pm). Please note that if we deem that the fault is caused by wear and tear rather than a manufacturing issue, we cannot guarantee that you will receive a refund and we may not be able to return the item back to you.

In March of 2022 we migrated our website and ordering platforms to a new system, and as a result we had to close all customer accounts. This means you will now need to register a new account on the website to ensure you can maintain your order history and save delivery/billing preferences.
Marketing
You can sign up for our newsletter via the sign-up form at the bottom of our website. To opt out of emails, simply click the ‘unsubscribe’ button at the bottom of any email you’ve received from us.
Promotions & Discounts

We offer 15% off for NHS workers, but we unfortunately do not offer military and blue light discounts at this current time.
