Customer service update

Between 11th May and 28th May, we experienced an unexpected outage affecting our email systems, which unfortunately resulted in delays to some customer enquiries and, in some cases, prevented emails from reaching our Customer Experience team.

We have worked hard to identify and respond to all affected customers and believe that we have now contacted everyone whose enquiry was impacted. However, if you contacted us during this period and have still not received a response, please reach out to us again and we will ensure your enquiry is prioritised.
