Returns

We offer free UK returns on items sent back to us within 28 days of delivery, and in original condition. We are unable to accept underwear for hygiene reasons, as well as items that have been altered.

Pack your items with your completed dispatch note

Carefully pack your items inside the original packaging, including the completed despatch note with the appropriate return reason code. If your order does not contain a despatch note, please contact our Customer Service Team via email at customer.services@tmlewin.co.uk or via live chat (available 7am - 11pm GMT, every day).

By original condition we mean:
  • Neatly folded
  • Clean and unworn
  • Includes tags and original packaging
  • Securely sealed
Create a UK return
  1. Visit Evri Returns and enter your order number (as seen on your shipping confirmation email) and the email address used to make the purchase.
  2. Enter your reason for returning the item(s).
  3. Select your preferred return method:
  4. Depending on the return method, you can now download and print your label at home, or using the supplied QR code at an Evri ParcelShop.
Create an International return
  1. Visit Global-E Returns and enter your order number (as seen on your shipping confirmation email) and the email address used to make the purchase.
  2. Select the item(s) you wish to return and reason for returning.
  3. Select your preferred return method.
  4. Print the return label and affix it securely to the outside of the parcel. Make sure you have a physical copy of the invoice - you’ll need to give a copy of this to the courier.
  5. Send your parcel back using the following methods:
    • Drop the return off at your nearest DHL express point
    • Schedule a DHL collection. If an account number is required to arrange a DHL collection, you’ll be able to find it on the shipping label.

Please note that the prepaid label price, as well as any taxes and duties incurred, will be deducted from your refund.

When will I receive my refund?

We will refund your order within 14 days (allowing 7 days for your parcel to arrive at our warehouse) For any additional enquiries, or in the unlikely event you have received an incorrect/faulty item, please contact our customer service team at customer.services@tmlewin.co.uk.
