Changed your mind? You have 28 days from the day of delivery to return your items. Returned items must be unworn and in their original condition. We are unable to accept underwear for hygiene reasons, as well as items that have been altered.
Creating your return
Please follow the instructions below for either a UK or International return and complete the steps to create your return request. Once completed you will be provided a returns label to send your items back to us.
Carefully repackage items you wish to return as shown in the diagram below. If possible please use original packaging to return your items to us.
- Neatly folded
- Clean and unworn
- Includes tags and original packaging
- Securely sealed
We would advise that you keep or take a picture of your return receipt. In the unlikely event that your parcel does not reach our warehouse, this will be the proof required for us investigate accordingly.

Create a UK return
- Visit our returns portal and enter your order number (as seen on your shipping confirmation email), and the email address, postcode or phone number used to make the purchase.
- Enter your reason for returning the item(s).
- Print the return label and affix it securely to the outside of the parcel.
- Send your parcel back using your preferred return method.
We estimate your return to be received and processed by our team within 4 working days.
Create an International return
- Visit Global-E Returns and enter your order number (as seen on your shipping confirmation email) and the email address used to make the purchase.
- Select the item(s) you wish to return and reason for returning.
- Select your preferred return method.
- Print the return label and affix it securely to the outside of the parcel. Make sure you have a physical copy of the invoice - you'll need to give a copy of this to the courier.
- Send your parcel back using the following methods:
- Drop the return off at your nearest DHL express point
- Schedule a DHL collection. If an account number is required to arrange a DHL collection, you'll be able to find it on the shipping label.
Please note that the prepaid label price, as well as any taxes and duties incurred, will be deducted from your refund.
