"I bought a pair of dinner suit trousers that I need to wear imminently and was pleased to receive them just in time for the event. However, in spite of specifying the leg length I required, the trousers came unfinished - I know this is common practice with some makes but why then go to the trouble of asking me for a leg length? I didn’t have time to take them to a local tailor, so sadly they remained unworn while M & S came to the rescue. Four stars for quality though as they were an excellent fit everywhere else."
