"While overall quality of the shirts is good. I had a terrible experience with my last purchase. There was a minor discrepancy with the address and I received zero support from the sales fulfillment team. This is after communicating quickly and clearly. They are dependent on AI and I was receiving unempathetic and. mechanical response which made no sense most of the time. I had to drive 80KM to the warehouse of the courier company for shipment to be sent to the correct address. I have been client of TM Lewin since 2010 and I have purchased numerous shirts over these number of years. I am totally disappointed with my last experience and I really don't know if I will their shirts again."
