Trousers Good / Service not so

"Purchased these trousers for a holiday. On first inspection and try on all appeared well, until I wanted to iron them and found a small cut in the fabric on the rear leg that wasn’t initially obvious. Due to the imminence of the holiday I ordered a second pair to replace them and returned the first pair. Second pair good and I will say perfect for the warm weather. My issue however is the customer service. I have sent two chase up emails and still no response from other than what appears to be a self generated email system and no refund in over 3 weeks? So whilst I like the trousers I think I will be wary to use TM Lewin again."

"These are a great pair of chinos at good price too. They are a great fit for me and very comfortable. If I designed them, they would have deeper front pockets; only because I carry pens in them and they are for ever falling out when I sit down. If I din't carry pens, then they'd be perfect. I have a navy pair too."
